Renowned for unlocking strategic clarity and elevating leadership capability, she empowers organisations to uplift their leadership and commercial capability while cultivating thriving talent systems.

Her work is anchored in integrity, trust, and a passion for creating purpose driven impact. As a Positive Health Scholar at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Marlene integrates cuttingedge insights from positive psychology, emotional intelligence and organisational development to help enterprises advance health outcomes, and amplify social impact.

Based in Sydney, Marlene is available for face-to-face engagements across Australia
